Celebrating L.O.V.E. with little ones

Posted by Sarah Mair on

Anyone else have half term next week? It clashes a bit with a busy week of Valentine's orders so I've been my 'future-friend' and looked out some Valentine's and love-themed crafts and activities to keep the kid's busy while they are off nursery. I thought I'd share them with you all too since we can all do with some inspiration sometimes, am I right?

These are all links to external sites found through Pinterest.

I have lots more inspiration over on my Pinterest! Follow for kid's activity ideas, design and interior inspiration and just plain pretty images! You can follow individual boards or my whole account and anything I pin will show up on your own Pinterest newsfeed so you can rely on me to find the very best ideas!

Hope this gives you some ideas to entertain the kids in the coming week. I know H & R will love the baking and the playdough! Think we'll get some of their friends over too.

Doing these love-themed crafts with little ones gives you a great opportunity to start a conversation with them about love and relationships and how to be kind, caring and respectful. I think my two need reminded how to be more gentle and to stop pulling hair (R's signature move) so I will definitely be bringing that up when they're nice and quietly crafting!

Have a great Valentine's Day! xx
